Redondo Beach is buzzing with all kinds of new things. Whether it's a Halloween event or something special at one of the many restaurants, there's always something happening. Here are a few of the things from the Redondo Beach area.
The Most Expensive Home for Sale in Redondo Beach
The home listed at 103 Via Alameda in the Hollywood Riviera is up for sale and it's the most expensive with a Redondo Beach address. With two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a master suite, family room, sunroom kitchen, formal dining room, office and multiple balconies, this home is listed for nearly $1.9 million. It comes with an outdoor pool, spa, built-in grill, fire pit and a turf lawn. The last time it sold was all the way back in 1992 and it went for $500K.
Oh, the Poor Doggies
The Redondo Beach Police Department will host the second annual Dog Costume Contest. Whether your dog likes it or not, you can dress him or her up and come out for a great event to support the Domestic Violence Victims Advocacy Program.
An entry donation of $10 is suggested at the door and dogs must be kept on a leash. Only well-socialized dogs with proof of rabies vaccination are welcome. The event will be held at the Redondo Beach Civic Center on Diamond Street.
