A hillside community with plenty of charm, Hollywood Riviera is full of one story, single-family homes with ocean views. Found just east of Hermosa Beach and served by some of the best schools in the area, Golden Hills is a northern Redondo Beach community. This is a planned community with nearly 400 condominiums across 32 buildings. Brookside village is found in the southern part of Redondo Beach. Resort living at its' best, The Village or Seascapes provides an excellent location with plenty of amenities. Found near the Redondo Beach Pier, this location is close to the beach, the ocean and many of the finest restaurants in the city.
One of the most sought after areas in all of Redondo Beach, The Avenues is found in the southern part of the area. This community is full of beach homes, condominiums and townhomes. The streets end at the Pacific Ocean, providing plenty of easy beach access. If you're after highly valuable real estate near the ocean, The Avenues is the best choice.
