This ramen is excellent and comes from a restaurant known as a bit of a hole-in-the-all. However, it's worth a trip and you will taste ramen in a way you've never experienced before.

The spicy miso ramen is a very popular choice and comes with a tonkotsu broth and spicy miso paste. Choose from thick or thin noodles and enjoy this chewy and springy dish with an excellent broth. It has a silky pork fat type of texture and a spice like no other. It's not so hot you will need a huge cup of water, but it certainly has plenty of flavors.
